Our Process
Once we receive your work order, we will contact your tenant as soon as we receive their details. We’ll confirm with the client that the issue will be sorted quickly, and then schedule the job timing with the client to suit.
We are available 24/7 for after-hours work which is one of our commitments to our Property Managers and Landlords. Our on-call team personally answers your call at all times – 24/7.

Property Managers / Landlord Communication
We like to work in consultation with Property Managers / Landlords, liaising with their tenants, and providing meticulous invoicing and quotations, including full descriptions of work carried out of the property and tenants.
We use the Servicem8 system to manage our plumbers and this provides an instant status of the job and allows for photos to be uploaded for each job. Therefore we are able to answer your queries about the status of your property jobs instantly with up-to-date information from the service team. We can email your completed job’s invoice to you as soon as the job is complete and we keep records of your tenant’s contact details in our system, along with the history of the previous work carried out on the property to make passing us a job quick and easy.
